Abstract

532,923. Vacuum cleaners. ELECTROLUX, Ltd. Sept. 26, 1939, No. 26688. Convention date, Nov. 23, 1938. [Class 8 (i)] Current coupling pins 17 are inclined upwardly and outwardly at an end of the casing of an enclosed-bag cleaner, within a hood 19 which also encloses a switch 25, the handle 26 of the switch projecting through a slot in a recess in the hood. The hood is secured to the casing by nuts screwed into threaded sleeves on the casing, and is supported by a flange 24 at its rear end. The switch projects through an opening in an inner casing 31.
