483,332. Television. TRAUB, E., and GODDARD, M. J. Oct. 20, 1936, No. 28508. [Class 40 (iii)] Light from a source A is focused as a scanning spot C by three lenses 1, 2, 3, of which lens 1 images the source A on lens 2, lens 2 images lens 1 on lens 3 and lens 3 images lens 2 on C. Additional lenses may similarly be used, Fig. 4 (not shown). The size of the scanning spot is adjusted by varying the aperture of the first, or third or any odd-numbered lens. Specification 439,434 is referred to.
