[Class 119] The actual striking point of the firing-pin of a firearm is made separately from the body part and is then secured to the body part of the firing-pin by driving the pin into the body part. The striking point is in the form of a pin 2 driven into the end of the body part 1. The striking point may be made from drawn steel wire, heat treated before being combined with the body.
