[Class 60] A device for sharpening scissors comprises a polished steel pin 12 projecting upwardly at an angle of about 60‹ from the front surface 13 of a holder 11 of moulded synthetic material which front surface is substantially vertical when the device is in use and which serves as a guide for the opened blades 16, 17 of the scissors.
