[Class 118 (ii)] A semaphore arm is adapted to swing out of a casing forming a prolongation of the handlebar of a motor cycle. The arm shown closed in Fig. 2, and open in Fig. 1, is held closed by spring 7, and is swung out by spring 4 when released by push-button 3. Spring contact 5 closes to complete the circuit of lamp 61 when the arm is moved to the exposed position.
