Abstract
473,259. Two-part couplings. KRAGELOH, P., and KRAGELOH, H., (trading as KRAGELOH & CO., T.). May 31, 1937, No. 15141. Convention date, Oct. 24, 1936. [Class 38 (i)] A coupling member for co-operating alternatively with a bayonet lamp-holder and a wall socket comprises a bayonet plug part a, mounted in a casing c by means of rods e, and a sleeve b sliding between the part a and the casing c, and carrying contact plugs f. The plugs f pass through the part a and are connected to flexible leads at d, the stud contacts g on the part a being furnished with springs h by which connection to the plugs f and the supply leads is maintained. A beading b<1> on the sleeve b enables the sleeve to be slid upwards to cause the plugs f to protrude beyond the part a.
