[Class 103 (ii)] [Also in Group XI] The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 comprises a construction of vehicle windscreen for analyzing a beam of polarized light projected from another vehicle, in which an aqueous solution such as a solution of sodium nitrate or a solid polarizing material is enclosed between two plates. In the case of a solution the height of the liquid layer is adjustable. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
