Abstract
403,067. Goggles. PISSARD, C., Paris. March 10, 1932, No. 7206. Void [Abridged as open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, May 6, 1933]. [Class 97 (i).] The glasses A, A<1>, Fig. 2, having a green, blue or other colour to prevent dazzle, have a clear portion B at the centre. The righthand glass A<1> is darker in colour than the left-hand glass A for use where travel takes place on the left-hand side of the road. The clear portion may be elongated either vertically or horizontally, and in the latter case the horizontal axis of the clear portion may be below the centre of the glass. The clear portions may also be elongated in an oblique direction, or be of star, sector, segmental, or crescent shape. The members A, A<1> may be of glass, horn, or celluloid, and the portions B may be uncoloured areas or may be apertures. An apertured coloured glass and a clear glass may be superposed.
