Abstract
A flour is prepared by pulping ripe bananas, adding pulp of green bananas, desiccating the mixture under vacuum at not above 40-45 DEG C., and reducing it to powder. Specification 470,508 is referred to.ALSO:A flour is prepared from ripe bananas by pulping the bananas, adding wheat, barley, oat or like cooked cereal biscuits or pulp of green bananas, desiccating the mixture under vacuum at not above 40-45 DEG C., and reducing it to a powder. Other nutritive substances such as fresh or powdered milk or cooked chestnuts may be added to the pulp before desiccation. Specification 470,508 is referred to.
