Abstract
<PICT:0464573/III/1> <PICT:0464573/III/2> A non - graduated dipping pipette comprises a tube 1 closed at its lower end and expanded into a bulb 2 and provided with an aperture 4 either in the bulb or in an internal tube 3. The device is dipped into the liquid whereby it is filled up to the level of the orifice 4, and the contents is subsequently poured out through the upper end of the tube 1 by tilting the apparatus. The tube 3 may be tapered as shown in Fig. 7 and the orifice may be at the top or in the side thereof, or the upper part of the tube 3 may be bent downwards. The tube may project through either the bottom or the side of the bulb 2. The orifice 4 may be triangular as shown in Fig. 4.
