[Class 92 (ii)] The ring x, which forms the barrel-fastening device described and claimed in the parent Specification, is according to the present invention operated by a grip 12, the arm 10 of which can rotate freely on the barrel 2, means, such as a spring-pressed detent 11, being provided for clutching the arm to the ring as desired. The arrangement permits of the grip arm being turned from a horizontal locking position into a vertical position with the grip conveniently situated for carrying the gun.
