Abstract

460,434. Shaft brackets. DORTMUNDHOERDER HUTTENVEREIN AKT.-GES. Oct. 13, 1936, No. 27755. Convention date, Jan. 11. [Class 113 (ii)] A ship's shaft bracket is divided into two parts 2, 3, by an axial plane, each part carrying one of the supporting arms. The two parts are secured together by shrunk rings 4, 5, placed in recesses on the ends of the bracket. Inter-engaging webs and grooves are formed on each part. In a modification the shrunk rings are not fitted into recesses.
