458,949. Toe-clips for cycle pedals. CAMILLIS, L., c/o Cyclo Gear Co., Ltd., Potters Hill, Aston, Birmingham. Oct. 24, 1935, No. 29324. [Class 136 (ii)] A toe-clip for cycle pedals, of the type formed by bending a single length of wire, comprises lower and upper pairs of limbs 1, 2, the upper diverging limbs 2 being connected at the rear by a transverse stay 4, and at the front by a transverse stay 7, preferably of sheet-metal. The stay 4 is so bent as to form loops 5, adapted to receive a strap for holding the entrance to the clip open to the desired degree. The ends of the lower limbs 1 are free, to permit adjustment of their width apart, and are provided with eyes 6 for the reception of screws or bolts by which the clip is secured to the pedal plate. In a modification, the ends of the limbs 1 are screw-threaded for attachment to the pedal plate.
