Abstract
The invention described in parent Specification is modified by employing a powder consisting for the greater part of wrought iron particles, or a mixture thereof with copper particles. The constituents may be in the proportion of 65 per cent iron and 35 per cent copper. A small proportion of tin, lead, zinc, or other metal of low melting-point may be added. When these metals are used the wrought iron and copper particles are preferably coated therewith before the pressing and sintering operations.
