[Class 28 (ii)] [See also Group V] A holder for bars of icecream and the like consists of top and bottom members 5, 6 connected by a part 3 which is semicylindrical in the case of a circular holder and plane in the case of a rectangular holder. The holder is slidable in a casing 9 and portions of ice-cream, the thickness of which may be determined by a rack 11 and pawl 13, are severed, for example, by a separate spatula 17. The members 5, 6 and a chamber 20 surrounding the upper part of the casing 9 may be filled with insulating material. The holder may be raised by a handle 15 and guided by vertical rods 18 on either side of the rack 11.
