Abstract
453,351. Two-part couplings. LANGBART, R. V., 407, Lordship Lane, Tottenham, London. Feb. 11, 1936, No. 6623. [Class 38 (i)] A lamp-holder, the upper part 4 of which carries pointec projections 7 attached to the spring contact members tc penetrate a cable located in a groove 2 in a base member 1, is provided with two oppositely disposed projections 8 on the member 4 that enter the groove 2 in the member 1 and also with recesses in a protuberance 6 on the member 4 fitting ribs 3 on the member 1. The upper and base members are secured together by a third member 11 such as a screw ring that engages a thread 10 on the base 1 and a collar 5 on the upper member 4. The ring 11 may be furnished with a conical extension to surround the member 4 and the cap of the lamp.
