453,211. Closures for bottles and jars. BARLOW, R., 28, Kingswav, and STUCHBERY, A. L., Chequers Works, North Circular Road, Palmers Green, both in London. March 12, 1935, No. 7685. [Class 125 (iii)] A cover for a jar &c. is provided with indentations 11 in the flat portion 10 of the top thereof which provide passages for air. The skirt 2 of the cap may be milled or spaced from the jar &c. to provide air passages. A tongue may be provided in the skirt to facilitate the removal of the cap. Specifications 263,603, [Class 125 (iii)], and 353,008 are referred to.
