452,100. Fusible cut-outs. SIEMENSSCHUCKERTWERKE AKT.-GES., Siemensstadt, Berlin. Feb. 28, 1936, No. 6070. Convention date, April 27, 1935. [Class 38 (i)] A fuse-filling comprises wholly or partly silicon dioxide in a form which does not increase substantially in volume when heated to fusing point. Suggested forms of the oxide are t-tridymite, t-cristobalite and quartz glass or fused quartz.
