Abstract

258,872. Soc. la Radiotechnique. Sept. 22, 1925, [Convention date]. Production of metal.-In a low-expansion glass containing silica, boric oxide, and sodium oxide, the weights of boric oxide and sodium oxide in the finished glass are in the proportion of 85 to 15, the proportion of silica preferably being less than 70 per cent. The glass is stated to be more easily fusible than glasses of a similar character, and to be particularly suitable for the construction of electrical apparatus.
