448,006. Excavators. RUSTONBUCYRUS, Ltd., Lincoln.-(Assignees of Bager, W. M.) April 23, 1935, No. 12229. Convention date, April 26, 1934. [Class 68 (i)] In an excavator having a dipper mounted on the end of a swingable and longitudinally movable handle, the bottom edges of the sides of the dipper slope upwardly from front to rear, and the door has a flat forward portion 15 and curved rear and side portions 16, 17; hinges 13 extend beneath part of the bottom of the door, the pivots of the hinges lying adjacent the junction of the back of the door and the main body. Small stiffening ribs may be provided on the door.
