Abstract

446,025. Arrangement of vehicle wheels. SUPERBUILT PRODUCTS, Ltd., Bridge Street, Guildford, and ADEY, A. E., 99, St. Georges Road, Reading. Nov. 28, 1934, No. 34190. [Class 108 (ii)] The single wheel of a three-wheel or other pushcart is supported by a spring-pressed block or blocks 14 slidable in a hollow column or columns 7 each block having a hole to receive the wheel axle 15 which passes through slots 9 in the columns, each column being carried by the rear end of a bracket 6 the front end of which is fixed to a plate 4 rotatably supported from the underside of the vehicle frame 1. A single helical or rubber spring 13 may act as shown on one side of each block 14 or the block may be mounted between two such springs. The wheel may be in two parts separated and supported by a single column.
