[Class 66] A meat-roasting pan is provided with a cover member d of dished, concave or equivalent form adapted to support the food to be cooked, the central part of the cover being provided with perforations through which gravy &c. can pass into the pan. The cover may seat on a shoulder c<4> on the pan, to which it may be hingedly or otherwise attached, or may be provided with feet to enable it to be supported on the bottom of the pan. It may have a handle d<1>, and may have a hinged, slidable or otherwise movable section to afford access to the pan. The pan shown is formed with upwardly extended, flanged walls c<1>, c<2> to enable it to be slidingly engaged beneath an electric, gas, or other heater.
