437,531. Shirts. TAFFLER, M., 51, Teignmouth Road, Cricklewood, London. May 5, 1934, No. 13656. [Class 141] Collars and cuffs are connected to shirts by means of separable sliding-clasp fastenings. As shown, the neckband a of a shirt b is provided with a series of fastener elements c, and the neckband d of the collar e is provided similarly with a series of fastener elements f, the two series of elements being secured together by means of a slider g which is attached to the series of elements c. The neckband d of the collar e is of W-section, Fig. 3, to provide protective flanges h, j, which cover the fastener elements and obviate discomfort to the wearer.
