[Class 64 (ii)] In heat and sound insulating material comprising corrugated sheets of paper 2 superimposed one upon the other and enclosed in a moisture proof wrapping 5, the paper sheets are provided with a glossy surface to reduce heat radiation. Sheets of metal foil may be interspaced between the paper sheets to aid this effect. The moisture proof wrapping may consist of two layers of paper united by bituminous cement.
