Abstract
431,840. Cabinets. TEFF, B., and TEFF, Ltd., B., Cooks Ferry, Angel Road, Edmonton, London. Feb. 14, 1935, No. 4806. [Classes 52 (i) and 52 (iii)] A sideboard, dresser, or the like comprises a folding table which can be stowed in a cavity under its upper surface. The Figure shows a sideboard with front corners 3 and panel 4 and, just beneath the top and the drawers 22, a horizontal cavity 5 into which may be pushed a folding table 16, 17. When this is drawn out, it is supported on legs 14 and three U-shaped frames 9, 10, 11, each consisting of a rear and two side members of I-section as shown. The front panel 16 may be turned over the rear panel 17 on its hinges 18<a>, and the folded table pushed into the cavity 5, the front of which is then closed by the bar 12. The legs 14 are accommodated in the recesses 15.
