The rings are made of artificial resin or like material which is plastic at first but subsequently hardens The pins h are inserted into recesses f in the rings d, d<1>, while the latter are warm so that they are secured in position when the rings shrink upon cooling and hardening. The parts of the pins entering the recesses f may be roughened or provided with depressions k.
