426,985. Safety razors. BLACK, W. H., 101, West 58th Street, New York, U.S.A. March 23, 1934, No. 9217. Convention date, March 29, 1933. [Class 30] The guard- and clamping-plates A, B have slots 8, 12 for the passage of cleansing water or drying air. Such fluid is admitted through the double-channeled handle 2, the outer channel of which directs it into an open-ended longitudinal cavity 3 in the guard A, whilst the inner channel, formed by a tubular clamping-nut C, directs fluid to both sides of the blade 5, through apertures 17 in the hollow clamping-screw 9. The blade is clamped near its edges only, and the clamping-nut C, which has an end knob 13, may be internally or externally threaded.
