Abstract

421,602. Door bodies. YOUNG & MARTEN, Ltd., and EDWARDS, E. M., Romford Road, Stratford, London. June 26, 1933, No. 18108. [Class 20 (iii)] The meeting edges of the stiles and rails of a flush surface wooden door body are provided with ventilation recesses 14 on each side of the grooves for receiving the rails. Ventilation recesses may also be provided in the edges of the centre stiles or mountings. Plywood sheets 19 may fit up to a shoulder on the frame, a final veneer 20 being applied to cover the meeting edges.
