460,611. Door bodies; panels. EVANS, W. J., and MASON, J. Jan. 4, 1936, No. 362. Addition to 443,681. [Classes 20 (iii) and 20 (iv)] Consists in forming the peripheral frame 20 of the door described in the parent Specification of two or more sections 20<a>, 20b in order to permit of different woods being used therefor, to match the panels 10<a>, 10<b>. The frame sections are held together by one or more tongue-pieces 31, or screws 32 may be used alone or in conjunction with the tongues, and an adhesive may also be used. The cross rails which interlock the panels may be secured to the stiles by double tenons which pass completely through them.
