Convention date, May 13, 1933. [Class 120 (ii)] The drawing-rollers of preparing and spinning machines are coupled by means of pins 6 carried on flat surfaces 5 of spigots 3 so as to grip the surfaces and the surrounding wall of a co-operating socket when the spigot and socket are relatively rotated. The spigots and sockets may be formed on adjacent rollers, or spigots may be formed on a connecting-piece and engage sockets in adjacent rollers.
