Abstract
413,611. Pattern plates. MELTON, A., 5, Grappenhall Road, Latchford, Lancashire. March 13, 1934, No. 7912. [Class 83 (i).] A pattern plate for casting pipes is made in two parts, the part 1 being cast while the part 2 is built up. The part 1 for the socket has lugs on opposite sides of an axial plane perpendicular to the plate 3<1> and receives an extension 7 of part 2 which comprises a plate 3 sandwiched between pattern halves 4, 5. Locating projections 9, 10 and lugs 11 are provided.
