413,318. Machine guns. CESKA ZBROJOVKA AKCIOVA SPOLECNOST V. PRAZE, 31, VßclavskÚ nßm., FIG.2. Prague. Jan. 12, 1933, No. 1125. Convention date, Jan. 12, 1932. [Class 92 (ii).] Relates to extractor mechanism for automatic guns of the Maxim type, and consists in replacing the usual flat spring which controls the gib 2 by a helical spring 3 arranged and stressed parallel to the gib. The spring is contained within a hollow gib and bears against pins 4, 5 with rounded ends which engage the inclined sides 7, 8 of recesses in the extractor plate B as the plate slides over the cartridges.
