Abstract
413,281. Motor-driving arrangements. ALLMANNA SVENSKA ELEKTRISKA AKTIEBOLAGET, Võsteras, Sweden. Jan. 9, 1934, No. 811. Convention date, Jan. 10, 1933. [Class 35.] In a double-stage toothed gear or geared motor with different centre distances in the two stages and with the final and first shafts located one above the other, the casing is divided in a horizontal plane through the final shaft and the other shafts rest in bearings in the lower part of the casing. As shown, the cover 15 closes an opening in the lower part 3 of the casing large enough to permit the wheel 8, which meshes with a pinion 7 on the shaft of the motor 2, to be withdrawn and the shaft of the final gear wheel 11 rests in bearings 13, 14 in the dividing plane of the casing. There may be two countershafts.
