411,986. Lubricating. CAMPBELL, W. J., Mount Pleasant, Lyndhurst Grove, Low Fell, Gateshead-on-Tyne. Oct. 24, 1933, No. 6004. [Class 12 (ii).] One or more loose pulleys are lubricated from a hollow axle 1 having oil holes 13 and fixed in end brackets 2, 3. One end of the shaft opens into the box-like bracket 2 containing lubricant and the other end of the shaft, which is closed, enters a boss in the bracket 3 and is retained therein by means such as a split pin 5. The outer faces of the end pulleys are flanged at 17, and one or more horns may be formed on the webs of the brackets 2, 3 to act as a rope guide.
