[Class 124.] A diamond or like tool-holder in which the diamond a, provided with a plurality of facets is mounted in a holder b which may be moved angularly as shown by the arrows f to bring the different facets into use has means whereby a fine angular adjustment of the tool may be made. For this purpose the bar e to which the diamond holder is secured by a plate c and screw d is angularly adjustable about a pivot pin g by means of an eccentric i which engages a slot in the bar and is formed on a pin k mounted in upper and lower plates h, j. The pin may be rotated by a hexagon head n and the angular adjustment obtainable is normally such that any of three facets on the tool may be brought into operative position.
