405,678. Clips. SIMS, W. H., 190, South Street, New Whittington, Chesterfield, Derbyshire. Aug. 8, 1932, No. 22166. [Class 44.] A spring clip particularly for securing labels on railway wagons consists of a pivoted wire loop the vertical legs 13 of which are corrugated to compensate for any irregularities in the surface of the wagon. The clip may have strengthening pieces 17. The upper end 18 of the loop is bent forward to serve as a handle. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 247,408, [Class 44, Fastenings, Lock &c.].
