415,892. Fastenings. SCOTT, H., 328, Hornsey Road, Holloway, London. Sept. 16, 1933, No. 25677. [Class 44.] Means for securing an article to a rod 3<a>, such as a mascot to the handle-bar of a bicycle, comprises a block 3 of wood or metal, having slots 4 inclined inwardly and downwards, a spring piece 7 which partly encircles the rod 3<a>, two tongues 6 which enter slots 4 in the block, and a rod 8 which is screwed into a tapped hole 5 in the block, the bottom pressing on the rod 3<a>. The slots 4 may be at different heights in the block.
