[Class 83 (ii).] A cycle handle-bar adapted to be adjusted or reversed in a socket &c. in the handle-bar stem is made by first introducing a tubular liner B into a length of tubing and then expanding both the liner and tubing to form an enlargement A in which the liner is permanently fixed. The handle-bar may be further strengthened by extensions C of the liner B.
