Abstract

396,132. Attaching watches to the wrist. PEARSON, A. E. and PEARSON & SONS, Ltd., E. J., Emerald Street, Theobald's Road, London. Feb. 19, 1932, No. 4988. [Class 43.] A wrist strap 1 is adapted to have one end passed through the loops 6, 7 of a watch ; the strap is then folded at the loops and a stud 2 of a snap fastening is passed through the strap and through one of a number of perforations in the one end of the strap and is snapped into a snap button 4 carried on the other end so as to secure the strap on a wrist. The button 4 is such as to enclose the outer or free end of the stud and it may also be of such a size that it will not pass through the loop 6 so as to prevent disengagement of this end of the strap.
