395,607. Capsules for bottles. JULIEN, P. G., 4263, Bordeaux Street, and VINANT, G., New Birks Building, both in Montreal, Canada. Jan. 2, 1933, No. 68. Convention date, Jan. 8, 1932. [Class 125 (iii).] A cap for a bottle &c., comprises two dished cup sections 15, 21 which nest one within the other, the section 15 functioning as a crown-cork and the section 21 as a handle for a tearing strip 19 by which the sections are connected. The strip 19 is scored along the edges when forming part of the section 15. The Figure shows the opening operation at a fairly advanced stage.
