[Class 64 (i).] Water is heated by circulation through a coiled tube g immersed in a hot-water bath and in direct contact with a metallic wall d<1> which forms the base of the bath and which is heated on its other face directly by hot gases from a coal, wood or gas burner. The base d<1> penetrates into the bath and forms a chimney e. The bath has a removable lid c, handles band a tap l. The base may have baffles n, e, g corrugated.
