394,591. Rotary spherical cocks. LINKÍPINGS ARMATUR-OCH METALLF A B R I K S AKTIEBOLAG, Link÷ping, Sweden. Dec. 12, 1932, No. 35213. Convention date, Dec. 10, 1931. [Class 135.] A rotary spherical plug cock 1 is provided with an adjustable seating in the form of seating rings 6, 6a which are slidable with the plug in an axial direction in the tapering walls of the valve casing. The rings 6, 6a are embraced by a strap member 10 which pulls them down as the plug is drawn down for adjustment by means of the nut 8 on the plug extension 9. In a modification the adjustment is effected at the upper end of the plug by means of sleeve nuts.
