Abstract

393,709. Atomizers. CORTHINE, G. O., 3, Tillottson Road, Lower Edmonton, Lon. don. March 7, 19.32, No. 6844. [Class 69 (iii).] An atomizer for medicinal purposes comprises a compressible bulb 1, as shown in the Figure, to which is connected a pressure tube f mounted within a glass casing h. Around the pressure tube f is mounted an induction tube g so as to form an annular space h immersed in the liquid. The upper part of the tube g is bulbous and formed with an offset extension continued as a tapered tube l approximately parallel with the tube f but bent over at the top as shown. In a modification the lower end of the tube g may be flared. The atomizer may be provided with a nozzle tube fitting on the end e.
