Abstract

391,595. Receptacles for cooling provisions. WILHELM, T., 25, Ausstellungsstrasse, Z³rich, Switzerland. April 5, 1932, No. 9786. [Class 29.] A receptacle for cooling provisions comprises a vacuum vessel 24, inner and outer protection boxes 25, 26, and an ice box 23 suspended from the top of the receptacle. The protection box 26 and the vacuum vessel are provided with conical rings 20, 19 respectively, which are pressed against each other by a spring 27 in the outer box. Provisions to be cooled are placed within the box 25 ; further cooling is effected by a cooling coil suspended in the latter vessel. Cold air from the ice box is circulated in the container 25, and by moving the cover 15 up and down air from the box 26 is compressed and passes through apertures 21, 22 in the conical ring 19 and container 25 into the inner vessel. A suction valve 16 and a pressure valve 17 are provided in the cover.
