Abstract

383,690. Pneumatic-sucker fastenings; hooks. ANNS, H. F., 25, Broadway Buildings, Westminster. July 18, 1932, No. 26462/31. [Classes 44 and 89 (ii).] A supporting bracket or hook 17 is attached to a wall by the suction pad 1. The centre of this pad is secured to a washer 5 carrying a stud 15 at the outer end of which is pivoted a lever 21. Attachment is obtained by placing the pad against the wall, depressing the lever from the position shown in dotted lines to that shown in full lines when the centre of the pad is forced outwards by the cam surface 23 of the lever 21.
