Abstract

380,762. Smallarm sights. PARKER & CO., Ltd., A. G. and HALE, A. T. C., Bisley Works, Whittall Street, Birmingham. May 14, 1932, No. 13917. [Class 119.] Interchangeable sight plates 7 are insertable transversely through a slot 5 in a tubular sight body 1 and are provided with lugs 9 which are moved into recesses 6 to secure the plates when a sleeve 13 is screwed up. The lugs project slightly from the periphery of the tube to facilitate removal of the plates and the sleeve when screwed up serves to close the slot 5. The invention is shown applied to a tubular foresight.
