Abstract
373,503. Cases for razor blades. MœLLER, P., 103, Burgstrasse, Solingen, Germany. Aug. 31, 1931, No. 24419. Convention date, Sept. 12, 1930. [Class 18.] A case for safety-razor blades is made up of a number of pockets arranged in pairs, adjacent pairs being secured together by extensions a formed alternately in one wall or the other of the pockets; and the walls of each individual pocket are curved inwardly and resiliently hold a blade q in position. The case is folded as shown and it is finally closed by a tongue formed as an extension of the last pair of pockets. The material used to form the case is resilient, and the pockets are formed with longitudinal, internal ribs r. The bottoms of the pockets are closed but the tops are shaped to an arc of a circle so that the tops of the blades are exposed. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) comprises also that the ribs r and the inward curving of the walls of the packets are alternative constructions ; and the pockets may bear suitable inscriptions. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
