Abstract

369,323. Infusers. COSTON, S., Ivy Bank, Westoe, South Shields. Jan. 27, 1931, No. 2656. [Class 129.] A teapot 9 has an infuser 1 suspended by a chain or flexible member 6 which is anchored to the lid at 10 and. passes through the lid at 7 to end in a ring 11. When the infuser is in the liquid, as shown, the ring is engaged over the knob 8a of the lid. When the ring is disengaged, passed through the handle 9a and re-engaged on the knob 8a the infuser is lifted clear of the liquid. The bottom of the infuser is imperforate.
