Abstract

366,069. Clips.' PURSLOVE, A. E., 337, Durnsford Road, Wimbledon Park, London. Oct. 22, 1930, No. 31729. [Class 44.] A spring-metal clip, for suspending photographic films and like uses, consists of two identical members (shown separated, Fig. 3), bent to shallow V-form and with end portions 2a cranked and cut awav so that the members may be assembled by sliding together laterally with their central portions in contact. The end portions 2a form the gripping members and are shown in Fig. 4 as holding an identification card 10 and film 9 respectively. To hold the members against accidental separation each may have a projection 6 snapping into an aperture 5 in the other. Similar apertures and projections 3, 4 may be provided to aid the gripping action. The clip may be suspended by hooks (not shown), conveniently formed integrally with the members by stamping out tongues bent to hook form, or by apertures 7 to receive a supporting-rod &c. 8.
