364,598. Coating skins. SOC. ANON. A. CANARD ET FILS, Le Puy, Haute Loire, France. July 2, 1930, No. 20022. Convention date, Jan. 15, 1930. Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Acts]. [Class 140.] Material such as powdered wool, cotton, silk, artificial silk, cork, earths, rubber, skin or leather is applied to the reverse side of animal skins, and held in position by means of glue, rubber solution, collodion or other adhesive. The process may be applied to the skins of sheep, lambs, kids, &c., from which the flesh sides have been split, in order to increase the thickness. The powdered material may be applied before or after the dyeing and finishing of the skins.
